President Green added a Resources Committee referral to SENATE                                                                  
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 13 Urging the governor to                                                                             
direct the attorney general to file an amicus curiae brief with the                                                             
United States Supreme Court in the case of Parker v. District of                                                                
Columbia, supporting the individual right to keep and bear arms under                                                           
the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution.                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
The bill was referred to the Resources Committee.
